Nested on High Bank Waterfront next to the Washington State Ferry Dock, our beautiful cluster of cottages are very inviting and each very nicely appointed. Our Cottages have comfortable queen beds, refrigerator, microwave, coffee, dish TV, DSL hotspot, private baths, and inviting decks. Three cottages have queen hide-a-beds. Two have full kitchens and separate bedrooms.
Rates quoted are for double occupancy. There is a $25 per person per night charge for adults and a $l0 per child per night charge for children 10 and younger.
For those needing a one-night stay only there is an additional chargeof $45.00 for Grandma's or Mamie's and an additional chargeof $75.00 for Odella's or Rose Cottage. Cottage guests recieve a 10% discount on kayaking with Orcas Outdoors.
There is a l0% discount for a three (3) night accommodation, a 15% discount for a four (4) night accommodation, and a 20% discount for any week-long stay and and a 33% discount for a month long reservation. Active or retired military, AAA and AARP members receive 5% more discount.

CANCELLATIONS: Should you need to cancel, please advise us in writing at least 14 days prior to your booked arrival date. We will then refund you all but 25% of total cottage rental(s). Failure to cancel in this manner will constitute automatic forfeiture of all moneys.

hide-a-bed, dish TV, Wireless Hotspot, private

The deck on Rose is UNBELIEVABLY private and beautiful.
There simply is nowhere in the San Juan Islands with a more
magnificent setting. The fee for private parties is $300.00.
All alcohol must be supplied and served by Boardwalk personnel.
